Our Team
Brenton Kramer, Principal
Brenton has been in construction for over 28 years. Having completed his Red Seal Certificate in Carpentry after high school, Brenton went on to complete his Building Supervision Certificate at night school while holding down a full time job as a residential home builder. His dedication to his trade was hi-lighted by his selection to represent Australia in the 1997 World Trade Skill Olympics in Switzerland where he place 5th in the world. Following this competition success, Brenton went on to work as a Site Supervisor on many large commercial projects in Melbourne, Australia.
Brenton returned to his residential building roots in 2008 and successfully became registered as an Unlimited Builder in Australia. He returned to Canada in 2011 for the second time to begin a small business specializing in new home, laneway home and renovation projects.
Brenton has taken a personal interest in green building and passive house process, successfully completing the Passive House Tradesman course and many ICF foundation builds in the last 12 years.

Remark Homes has a substantial list of regular sub-contractors and designers that we have worked with over a number of years to deliver our projects. We believe the success of a project is determined by honesty, integrity and service. Our sub-contractors know when they come to one of our sites it will be safe, well organized and coordinated. We share open communication to ensure your project goals are achieved and nothing is overlooked.
